In 1963 he graduated from the Odessa Art School. Since 1966 Dulfan involved in numerous union and international exhibitions in Moscow , Odessa, Geneva , Toronto, New York.
In 1972 - Biennale in France.
Since 1990 lives and works in the United States.
His works are in the State Tretyakov Gallery, the State Russian Museum, the museum of Seoul , Warsaw, Poznan, a collection of paintings K. Kostakis .
