Nikiforov PM, it is probably Pavel Nikiforov (1884-1944) Soviet scientist, geophysicist.
He had just graduated from the 1908m to the University of St.Petersburg.

Thank you very much for your opinion, I should probably tell us more initially. Nikiforov, Petr Maksimovich, Fergana (Uzbekistan ), painter ( 1885-1958 ) studied at the Central School of Technical Drawing of Baron Stieglitz in St. Petersburg. He graduated in the class of 1912 etchings .

I understand , this picture was taken of his classmate and roommate . That's trying to make out the name ...
