All the icons, with rare exception, not the signature, so the name of the icon painter is unknown.

Pretty simple postbarochnaya Ukrainian icon.

Pecheneg have attributed the fact.
No secrets there.

For a rough estimate need only specify the size.

Yes, you 're right , if it does not bother , when the topic will indicate the size , it can be estimated with the Commercial side and closed on this topic.
But I'm not quite : write, understand syuzhet.Chto Arch . Stephen sends Bs . Kozma with St. Anne points to something , and Xenia in the background with blagoveniem looks at why Kozma Dari passed without his brother Damien , or maybe it is another Kozma .

Normal family icon (eg mother , father, son and daughter ) with tezoimenitymi saints. Damian in the family was not.
<! - ~ 1 ~ -> strict canons of icon painting painters do not kept , but all the saints is quite recognizable
Archdeacon Stefan to hand holds his censer , and nothing passes Cosmas .
But, see detailed photos - always good to be <! - ~ 1 ~ ->
