The import of modern paintings.
On the Russian customs seized at import picture with respect to the well-known contemporary artist , citing the fact that for it to pay the tax , as this is not a cultural value. Age pattern of approx. 20 years.
I bought it at a flea market for 200 euro, but documents the purchase of my course not. Please tell me whether you can import the data without a declaration of things and how to get out of this situation? Can this situation be recognized cultural value ? Thanks in advance ! |
