Vaulina Olga

1902, Moscow - 1996, St. Petersburg

Studied in Vhuteine in Leningrad (1921-1926) by AE Karev, MV Matyushina. Member of "ZORVED" and "Roots" ( "The team enhanced surveillance." Group of artists) - Petrograd /Leningrad, 1919 -1932. The group included students MV, Matyushina on "Workshop spatial realism." In 1924, the work of this group exhibited at the XIV International Exhibition of Art in Venice. The most significant work of the group was executed in 1930-1932 collective work "The pattern of variability of color combinations. Handbook of color "(Moscow, 1932, edition of 425 copies.). In the years 1934 -1937 she studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in A. Osmyorkin. Vaulina - paintings by "picking cotton" (1934), "farmers" (1941).

Petrov Andrey Pavlovich
       (1930 - 2006)
Born September 2, 1930 in Leningrad. Father - Paul Platonovich Petrov (born 1903), surgeon. Mother - Vaulina Olga (born 1902), artist. During the Great Patriotic War together with his family was evacuated to Siberia. In the evacuation of the future composer was carried away literature, spending much time in the local library, wrote stories, and even began writing a novel. In 1944, he returned to Leningrad.
