"It has become a tradition to hold year-end exhibitions from the collections of members of the Club. This year, participating in it and the work of those collectors who are not formally take place in club, are its permanent members. Drawings and paintings by additions to the collection expiring in 2011, publicly demonstrated for the first time. They are intended to illustrate the success the collecting activity. And the public has an opportunity to wonder and new discoveries to enjoy meeting with the objects of high artistic level.
Among the rarities you can highlight the most interesting.
Painting BM Kustodiev "Carousel Kineshma" 1917 is well known to those skilled in the numerous references to the sources, but after the exhibition of the "World of Art" in 1917 the location for many years remained unknown. Until 1953, this canvas belonged to the famous entertainer - VJ Henkin (1883-1953), after whose death he entered the Moscow meeting, which houses the present day. Painting is one of the best examples of the genre of the master end of the 1910s.: Its structure and grand coloristic richness and its wonderful atmosphere, full of festive mystery Russian provincial life, creating a rare beauty of polyphony sound.
Three early distemper Boris Grigoriev come from the collection of Kiev IJ Angenitskogo, known in the art since the 1940s. it is his "Grigor'ev," the kernel, many of her works went to the museums of the country - Pskov, Kherson.
