In St. Petersburg, there is no such expertise . In Moscow Valery Silaev of THG. Try looking for it. Only it's useless. At best , Valery tell you ( give official conclusion ) that the work belongs to the school Sitnikov , and it is even no need to prove , it is visible to the naked eye. And forge such work does not make sense - they are not that expensive.

But if you want to pay for such a conclusion, the money is yours . Then - to Silaev .
