You - a sketch for a painting.
Similar (but not identical) to the picture of Peter Vasilyevich Vasilyev (1899 - 1975) "Chapaev in battle", 1934, 127h160 cm TSMVS.

I am inclined to believe that this sketch, MB
dated this 30-mi years.
I still think this horse Budyonny - solely on the eyebrows of the rider, as
the style and Budyonny Chapaev look very similar.

Yes, the Lord is with you, of course Chapaev. Zalomlena hat , black cloak , blue breeches, sword unsheathed , the archetype ! ... Almost canonical image Chapaev.

But it is still more recent photo Budyonny, and in the early 20's he was "a little" do not look like that.

Yes, I do not mean looked, I'm talking about the archetype, the overall image Chapaeva, it is almost always depicted as I have described.
You can even cover the face with his finger, and still Chapaev guess.
