По умолчанию October 3, 1895 Born Yesenin.

Sergey Yesenin was born (September 21) October 3, 1895 in the village of Ryazan province Konstantinov in a peasant family, was reared in an atmosphere of deep national orthodoxy. Was 9 years old Sergei began to write poetry, imitating the rhyme.

He studied in Yesenin Zemsky school and then in the church-village school. Then came his first adult poetry and composed a handwritten book "Sick City Council." Russian countryside and nature, folk art and Russian classical literature had a strong influence on the young poet, sent him a natural talent.

In 17 years, Yesenin leaves for Moscow, where he first worked in the office of the merchant, then in the print shop, continuing to write poetry, which expressed his love for all life and home, but the poetic world becomes more complex and multidimensional. The young poet participates in Surikovsky literary and musical circles.

The first publications of poems Esenina appeared in 1914 in Moscow journals. A year later he moved to Petrograd, where he met with the Bloc, Gorodetsky and other poets of the capital elite, they read their poems and receive praise and approval. Yesenin became famous, he was invited to poetry readings and literary salons.

In 1916, Yesenin publishes his first book "Radunitsa" where the poet - a subtle lyricist, a connoisseur of peasant Russia and the national language. In his poems the desire for universal harmony, for unity of all things on earth. The book was enthusiastically accepted by critics, who noted the "breath of fresh air, the young and the immediacy of natural flavor" of the author.

October Revolution poet has happily. It seemed that an era of great spiritual renewal, "transformation" of life, the revaluation of all values. At this time, it creates a cycle of poems and released several collections of poems, one of which is "Keys to Mary." This work was adopted as a manifesto of Russian Imagism.

The most significant works Esenina established in 1920. Here he is a poet - philosopher, in his verses talk about the eternal problems of human existence and of their homeland. But all the more clearly they appear in the data string takes the other - a convict of Russia, on which wander "the people in shackles."

Poetry Esenina latter the most tragic years (1922-1925) noted the desire for a harmonious world view and understanding yourself. But it became more dramatic shades in the rows, and emotional lyrics are dominated by autumnal scenery, the motives of summing up, farewell.

During this period he created such masterpieces as the book of poems, "Moscow Taverns," and the poem "The Black Man." In his poetry there is sympathy for the defeated peasants, and lack of spirituality and resistance to violence. And one of his last works was the poem "The Land of Scoundrels," in which he denounced the Soviet regime.

Life was tragically cut short Yesenin December 28, 1925 under mysterious circumstances. He was found in a Leningrad hotel "Angleterre" hanged. According to the most common version, Yesenin in a state of depression, committed suicide. He was buried in Moscow poet Vagankovskoye cemetery.

My favorite

***

Who am I? What am I? Only a dreamer,
Xin eyes lost in the mist,
I have lived this life as if incidentally,
Together with others on the ground.

And you kiss out of habit,
Because many kiss
And, like lighting a match,
I say love words.

"Honey," "nice," "forever"
And the soul is always the identity,
If you touch the passions in man,
That, of course, truth can not be found.

Because my heart is not hard
Do not want, do not require fire
You, my walking birch,
Established for many, and me.

But, always looking for his native
And languishing in captivity unkind,
I'll have no jealous,
I'll have no curse.

Who am I? What am I? Only a dreamer,
Xin eyes lost in the mist,
And I love you just the way,
Together with others on the ground.
