The painting " Family commander" is the last work of Kuzma Petrov -Vodkin.
There are two versions of this thing :
 1936. (sometimes stated in 1937 a year ), x /m, 75.5 h61 ,
stored in the Tula Museum of Fine Arts [1]
and
version of the 1938 year , c /m , 116h98 , Picture Gallery . Kuzma Petrov -Vodkin, Khvalynsk [2].

The first version was sharply criticized by a commission of members of the jury the exhibition ( the 20th anniversary of the Red Army ?) , Was modified by the author, but this version was not accepted.
