The question is too general . For some artists , particularly in Moscow nonconformists, St. Petersburg expertise as it does not count as such. From some expertise on Zvereva, issued in St. Petersburg, his hair stand on end. On the other hand, is a classic Russian Museum. However, as far as I know, too, not all the classics.
