Dior: under the sign of art

Today is the last day of the exhibition "Dior: under the sign of art" at the Pushkin. Well what can I say ...? Only one thing - who did not, that was late ... Going to the exhibition is not even assumed that it was possible to arrange. Honestly, no words, it must be seen with my own eyes. Turn tail ends in mid-Mal. The Sign, but all went very quickly, about forty minutes later entered the museum. God, I've seen this grandeur only in historical films! Ballroom, twilight, columns, leaving a mirrored ceiling, creating the illusion of infinity above his head. Under the columns were hung in a glass "aquarium" extraordinary beauty handmade dresses, embroidered with gold, silver and gems. Mannequins were dressed in fantastic costumes, which can not be seen in one of the most fashionable boutiques. Women wistfully sighing, apparently, mentally trying on dresses for yourself, interested men read the inscription. In another room behind the glass were exposed to two dozen dresses, known worldwide thanks to the celebrities who wear them awarded the honor - Princess Diana, Princess of Monaco Grace Kelly, Queen Elizabeth II, Charlize Theron, Ava Gardner, Monica Bellucci, Marilyn Monroe, Marlene Dietrich , Brigitte Bardot, Nicole Kidman, and others. They showed the documentary passages - such as Monica Bellucci to star in track garb from Dior, and at this point was illuminated mannequin, dressed in a dress. Or the young Queen Elizabeth II greets hands with someone, again, in a suit from Dior, and at that time was illuminated the other dummy. Hall was with the spirits of Dior, a theme room "Journey to the Dior" - struck a few outfits, inspired by Dior, of course, Russia - mink extraordinary of all colors - I do not know how to wear it, but look very nice. Another pleasure was the fact that there were works by Picasso, Van Gogh, Modigliani, Cezanne, Gauguin, Toulouse-Lautrec, Malevich ...
Unfortunately, the exhibition covers today the last day, taking pictures is strictly forbidden (which is just horrible and disgusting!). I would like to express my gratitude to the organizers of the exhibition for the opportunity to plunge into the world of the beautiful and graceful and imagine yourself one moment to the goddess dress by Dior.
