The older generation says that was the signature, but was erased when cleaning :-).

The question was actually about the value of konretnogo subject, and the value (in all senses), author and location of the original question did not arise.

Seeing the word "Roig" in the title, I remembered a joke art history - "Painting Rozhkin" Zilch. "That is apparently washed away the signature belonged to him.

Yes, the signature is hardly something to be clarified, because
GRC experts also agreed that not worth powder and shot.
