Tatiana Nilovna Yablonskaya born February 24, 1917 in Smolensk in the family of the artist, graphics, and a teacher of literature NA Jablonski.

 This huge 1000 ton 22- meter figure in the style of cubism was built on a hill

Grand opening of the monument took place on September 13, 1927 .

On the pedestal of the monument , a plaque engraved with the words of the Artema :
