Portrait of Valentina Matvienko, in the imperial style , with the symbols of power was demonstrated at the Fifth St. Petersburg Restoration salon . Governor of the Northern capital portrayed in the royal costume .

Biography

Graduated from high school with a silver medal (1966), with honors - Cherkassy Medical College (USSR, 1967).
