Slavik, surname of the artist is .. write (pictured hard to see) .. name can be found without problems ..

I think that the artist's name we do not know . T.K.arhitekturno - art studio " Lenizo was faceless organizations to build grandiose decoration and propaganda for the Soviet public organizations , buildings and exhibitions .
