At first it seems that the author can be almost any artist with Maslivka.

Then, looking closer to the helpless "sticks" instead of the two front legs and the horse lamppost "askew", you know that um ... dilettante wrote.

And, perhaps, not written, but just make rubbings from somewhere.
Thing is, in general, possible. 90 of the 20 century.
