I think a low price, within $ 100 of very distant (as in the genealogy, and in artistic terms) relative Vasnetsov brothers.

1) It is not his style

2) It was not his signature (see picture)

Indeed, he found an illustration of Vasnetsov "Humpbacked Horse."
Meaning of frivolous fraud is unclear - the artist something inexpensive.

There is also now a signature Vasnetsov YA, your not too similar, but it is from the book Solovyov VD
"Russian artists ages 18-20"

This autolithograph was donated to NI
Fedyshinu author.
So at least I do not doubt the authorship.
