Welcome.
The painting was bought in Potsdam in 1946 in an antique shop in a relatively small price and a engraving of horses.
At the time of purchase, the picture was already in poor condition, the frame of the picture rather old.

What's the difference ?
Artistic value of painting is definitely not the author - an amateur .
