Yes miss happens. But this is not all right. Sotheby's and Christie's published price with Baer premium but without VAT 22%premium to Baer. 30000 hammer price + 25%= 37500 but the 7500 commission fees charged 22%VAT = 1650. 37500 +1650 = 39150 * 1.65 = 64600
