Not uncial. This is similar to lithography, i.e., ink printing. In a few successive overlay colors. They are very evenly distributed. By hand it will not be so. Silkscreen on paper, too. She looks more "thick" (the layer) and the more rough the surface is, in General, better, more beautiful.

It's not ink,and the usual oil from DIY stores,not artistic,perhaps semi-gloss enamel.
