The museum should be large and nemnogolyudnom.
The best museums that I visited with pleasure - a Berlin gallery of old art, Museum of Fine Arts in Antwerp, New Tretyakov Gallery.
Why not? Because there are few people and they do not like the Soviet period, the GUM or the supermarket pre-holiday, when the herds of tourists go.

A small museum, too, perhaps it is also good.

It's very simple: set the abyss of things, with minimal gaps between things and between the walls and room to tighten all the glass - and no nurses do not.
