In any case , suddenly someone come in handy ( I myself was looking for this book ) . Published reprint of the famous " Nemuhinskih monologues , in which Vladimir Nemukhin tells about the sixties and non-conformism . Very nice , good book . The first edition was in 1999 , and now 12 years later the book finally been reissued . Anyone interested in the topic - Reading required . The book can be found on the "Ozone " , and, perhaps in large Moscow stores.
Attention ! On the "Ozone " is from somewhere appeared rarity edition of 1999 . But the second edition - revised and updated. And so , just about the specialized . Sergey Alexandrov has released a "huge " edition of 200 copies of the excellent album " Zverev . Yakovlev . Artists of freedom " , made after a recent exhibition at the House Nashchokina . In principle , in Moscow, the galleries you can ask around and get this book - get a great publication . And yet , it is sold in two forms: normal and with two documentaries : the Zverev and Yakovlev . In general , strongly recommend , although the price bites . |

Hugo Ball
Byzantine Christianity Byzantinisches christentum Publisher: Vladimir Dal, 2008 Hardcover, 384 pages ISBN 978-5-93615-058-6 Format: 60x84/16 (~ 143h205 mm) A book by German philosopher Hugo Balla "Byzantine Christianity» July 16, 2008 19:01 The publishing house "Vladimir Dal 'a book by German philosopher Hugo Balla" Byzantine Christianity ". The book, written in 1923, according to the author, was to be the first volume of the planned works of the fathers of the Church. Hugo Ball (1886-1927) - the leader of the avant-garde Zurich, founder of the "Cabaret Voltaire", "father of Dada," writer and philosopher. At the beginning of World War I he became friendly with Hermann Hesse, philosophical discussions which have left a trace in the "Byzantine Christianity". Heroes of this book - John Climacus, Simeon Stylites, and Dionysius the Areopagite. The author's task - to show the continuing importance of spiritual achievements and creations of these ministers of the Truth. The presentation is not in chronological order, but inward, to the origins of the Christian culture of the ascetic aristocratic John Climacus through intellectual concerns of Dionysius the Areopagite to the dizzying ease of Simeon. Hugo thought Balla is fundamentally different from the English-language Christian apologetics. A stark reminder of the sin of preferred credit research victories of Christianity. He saw as the Christian idea of moving closer to certain provisions of the ancient Near East or tradition and achieved crystal clarity, the victorious over sin. The latest data for its time, analytic philosophy, ethnology, psychoanalysis attracted credit in order to more clearly identify the eternal symbols upon which the European culture. All this makes the author's position is close to Orthodoxy. "Orthodox Book" /Patriarhiya.ru http://www.patriarchia.ru/db/text/436911.html |

Byzantine Christianity through the eyes of Dadaist
Priest Alexander Zadornov Bogoslov.Ru 23.05.2008 "Artistic Avant-Garde and Christian theology - the convergence is not such a surprise in the last century," - says the priest Alexander Zadornov, sharing with readers my thoughts on the biographies of saint John of the Ladder, Simeon and Dionysius the Areopagite, walked out of the pen of one of the founders of Dadaism Hugo Balla . Rec. by Hugo Ball. Byzantine Christianity. St. Petersburg. "Vladimir Dal ', 2008. - 384. ISBN 978-5-93615-058-6 The book "Byzantine Christianity" (1923), in the author's intention, was to be the first volume of the planned works of the fathers of the church. Its heroes - John Climacus, Simeon Stylites and Dionysius the Areopagite (Publishers abstract). The appearance of this book today - a surprise, bordering on luxury. At a time when the Russian is not yet translated into major German-language literature on the "Areopagitica," work release credits meant to show a hefty publishing courage. This is due primarily to the personality of the author, who was one of the origins of Dada. The author of the foreword to this edition carries an amusing analogy: "It's as if Khlebnikov, putting" budetlyanstvo "would suddenly took up the study of the works and days of Sergius Nilus of Sora or Radonezh" (p. 6). However, the comparison is not so fantastic when you consider that one of the versions in the etymology of the name of the current "Dada" cut out the reduction of the St.. Dionysius the Areopagite. Artistic avant-garde and Christian theology - the convergence is not such a surprise in the last century. Escaped from the all-European military conscription in the First World neutral Switzerland, French and German artists looking for a way between the beginning of the century immoderate optimism and despair of the emerging "lost generation". No wonder a third way, proposed by visitors Zurich cabaret "Voltaire", Mayakovsky call "vseutverzhdayuschim and vseotritsayuschim." Denied the dead form, inherited from the bourgeois culture of the XIX century, it was said all that would birth a new man - from Bolshevism to mysticism. "Dada, - says about Peter Sloterdijk - essentially no trend in the art and do not flow in the anti-art, and radical" philosophical action. "He develops the art of militant irony". One of these "actions" were anti-clerical excesses Johannes Baader, which led to his expulsion from Germany. Another action was the book credits Hugo (Hugo Ball, 1886 - 1927), a friend of Hermann Hesse, Carl Schmitt and Tristan Tzara, leader of the Dada. Common origin from the world of religious war and shaken in an obituary note Hesse Ballou as related features, combining it with a friend who left so early. The same in his last book, an autobiography Die Flucht aus der Zeit call themselves Hesse closest worldview man. This recognition - known caution to the reader, "Byzantine Christianity" credits. Not only in the sense that this book should be seen as another version of the European pilgrimage to the East. Text credits just yet devoid of the dilution, that sometimes accompany such experiences. On the contrary, although it is impossible not to note its similarity to the essay on Chesterton's St. Francis of Assisi and Aquinas, credit is far from boring moralizing English writer. His biography of Sts. John Climacus and Simeon tight enough and adequate to its object. Moreover, it is not a trace of the author's affiliation avant-garde art project (and this is when you consider that he had done with the same biography of Ven. Bunuel Simeon). In the central essay, the book is dedicated to "Areopagitica," Ball combines his artistic talent with a truly phenomenal insight into the reality described. Never mind that he enjoys the authority of the XIX century, but now outdated works of Koch and Shtiglmayra. Even in this respect, credit is not close to the thesis of the last tracts of complete dependence on the housing proklovskoy dialectic, but rather anticipates the thesis of a genetic connection Saffron forms of these texts, but not their content. Much more than an Athenian Neoplatonism, Ballou interesting "Areopagitica" as antignosticheskaya strategy. At this point, for the credits - not just the originality of the body, but in general the transition from antiquity to the Middle Ages. It also sees cause and connection of Plotinus, Proclus and the Areopagite - they are the allies antignosticheskomu front. Score sometimes too severe to Gnosticism, finding it in the writings of Clement of Alexandria and, of course, Origen. "However, - he writes - Gnosticism continued to exist in Christian monasticism - including monasticism, which appeared on the scene in the IV. And the formation of which is most strongly influenced by Clement and Paul" (p. 201). It is the struggle with Gnosticism, I credit the author explains century fiction case. For the author it is quite natural - in his writings, "Dionysius" is a fact, "the Areopagite", which is mentioned in the Acts of the Apostles. Historical Areopagite diluted with the character of St. credits. Pref. Luke. The latter for him - Archon Basilio Dionysiac mysteries, defeated an. Paul as pneumatics religion, which is based on a crucifix. This is the resolution of the eternal confrontation of Jerusalem and Athens. The writings of the Areopagite Ballou can be heard echoes of the Eleusinian Mysteries, their ecstatic vocabulary, including lexicon Telestika magician, and the "Epistle to Polycarp" - generally autobiographical evidence of training in the Egyptian city of Heliopolis temple. Score here and criticize the same Shtiglmayra Koch and, in fact taking their point of view, "we lose sight of the fact that Dionysius learned the ideology of the circle in order to better resist him, and that, on the other hand, referred to the Neoplatonists (Iamblichus, Proclus) themselves were based on a more ancient tradition ... It is to them and Dionysius declares war: that war, in which the astral magic all times overthrown by their royal heights and is characterized as a form of ignorance "(p. 222). Agree, the last phrase in the mouths of Dadaist and friend of Hermann Hesse worth it. http://bogoslov.stack.net/text/299777.html |
