I wonder where the author took the price to $ 70 million for the painting "The Scream" Munch? or the price has jumped so well-known adventures after ?

It seems we have decided to write in the official documents and press releases name of the institution in such manner as it was at the end. You can specify in brackets and a new name.

It was: "College and Institute", was: "The University and the Academy" (sounds ponimash!)

Not just changing the name of the institution, but "tailored" under other criteria: increased learning time, made the appropriate changes and additions to the curriculum, faculty must also comply with "high" rank

Are graduate level higher than before at schools and institutions - that is another question!
