Cyril Syzransky I think here is not to be cunning, if you have an expert that you trust, even if he does not issue a written opinion, you still will trust him, because confident in his competence, even if you will claim "this record with the stamp" from an expert who can give in written opinion (especially if it is seen to issue assessments for fakes).
