Eugene,
Thank you for the "best")))

Cyril Syzransky,
perhaps Gandara, within a raised-topic worth discussing, as heavily influenced by China, starting with the Northern Qi Dynasty.

Well, to discuss a possible, but unfortunately I think, without me.
I have just read with interest can not, because this topic is difficult for me and I know about Gandara Gallery Cyril Danelia from friends who go there to apply for purchases as much of the year, God bless the memory of the 4 th or 5th. And then me about this Gandara and these Buddhas all ears buzz.
Sam-I, frankly, a little bit interested in Oriental antiquities, to really quite wild and dense not to look, but always remember the words of Cyril Danelia: "It takes a long time to retrain with Aivazovsky Egypt and Gandara."

Eugene,
We Bronislava - yes!
and he, like a true collector - reserved the blackness of specialization ... there are a couple of interesting collections of jade in Russia, Untitled - until these collections will not be declared publicly ...
well, these "few years" have become twelve and an intensive search helps you find things a world-class ...

Cyril Syzransky,
Incidentally, my crazy collection began with Gandara ... and still I'm losing my mind from its Euro-Asiatic movement ... from the Greeks in China ...

Cyril Syzransky,
Namesake, I was beginning to scare your awareness ))

A few pics from the exhibition in the Hermitage: that would illustrate the influence of Gandara on China in the not so widely known as Tang - Northern Qi dynasty.

Buddha. Limestone, painted. Height 128 cm
Monastery Lunsin. Qingzhou, Shandong Province. China;
Northern Qi dynasty, 550-577 gg. AD

Complex provincial, namesake.
In order not to hit the face in the dirt before the inhabitants of the capital, had to be guided by the motto "I want to know everything" , but as a result of the capital, and not something interesting happens often ...

One of the lots sold:
1.Nefrit (Sold-5400 USD)
CACHET EN JADE VERT EPINARD (Print)
CHINE

This is probably a copy. Therefore cheap.
-------------------------------------------------- ----
Square shape in the form of menacing two-headed dragon with sharp claws, paws, his body covered with scales, with a hole right through to pass a silk cord, her foundation has an entry in the six letters, (Kangxi Yu Bi Zhi Bao) (in Kangxi Imperial Hand) (type , Togo)
Width: 10.8 cm (4 1 /3 in).
No time of its creation, nor who the Kangxi Yu Bi Zhi Bao? For print Kangxi, super little copy.
Results bidding genuine print - http://www.sothebys.com/app/live/lot...t_id=159553549 approximately $ 1,900,000. Also http://www.sothebys.com/app/live/lot...t_id=159474438 `approximately $ 8,127,000
