Alex, at Shevchenko was one Russian painter Mikhail Sazhin. He also visited and lived with Shevchenko in Sednief. But in Ukrainian, he did not. And the tree looks to me more willow than lime. Shevchenko, incidentally, very fond of this tree (willow).
