Any adornment was added after completion and then removed long ago. No matter the expert, I have learned scientific examination is necessary for true professional examination. The human eye sees 380-750nm in spectrum. Science sees (>1mm-10 to the -12 power m). So many answers to construction and authorship exist outside our visual range. Whether in America or Russia or anywhere is a professional experts opinion truly professional without science to validate it?
