Very professionally written. Looking for a more clear picture. It looks like the work of Ferdinand Shmuttsera, Austria (Ferdinand Schmutzer, 1870-1928). He wrote a lot dog and horse portraits. Generally, an interesting personality - the artist and engraver, and known in his time photographer.
