Colleagues! There is such a large Marina.
Oil on canvas. 80,5 × 146
Anyone heard of this signature, manner?
And does anyone know whose flag -- blue-white-red? Moreover, in 1905. Flag bear two vessels, and the third pipe so painted.
In General, I would be grateful for any thoughts about the authorship, place of writing, etc.

Sailing - French, in my opinion, just because he is hanging your strips seem to be horizontal.
