Oleg Kotelnikov is a cult artist, whose paintings are in various museums around the world, starting with the Russian Museum and ending with the New York Metropolitan Museum; cameraman, actor, animator, writer, designer, musician (songs of his works are in the repertoire of famous rock bands, such as ALICE, HUMMINGBIRD, PEPSI, etc.), a poet and longtime organizer of exhibitions of all kinds, carrying recently modern Japanese culture.

Oleg Kotelnikov was born in 1958. At school his classmate was Timur Novikov. He graduated from LHPT No. 61 specialty cabinetry-restorer. He worked as a watchman, fireman, carpenter, scaffolder. Played guitar, at one time was in a rock club with his band "LF-RF". Included in the group "New artists" and TEII. Experienced a direct impact B. Koshelkov, O. Grigoryeva, E.
