Oleg Zinger (1910 - 1997) - artist, cartoonist . Also known as the author of several books of memoirs about the life of Russian emigrants . Lived in Germany, then in France.
Born in 1910 in a family of intellectuals : the mother - actress of the Moscow Art Theatre , his father - a professor of physics .
Autumn 1922 Oleg's father got permission to travel to Germany for treatment and the family moved to Berlin Zinger .
Future artist studied at the Berlin Academy of Art , after which he worked in the advertising department of the company " Centrale Dikhof ."
After the war, Oleg Zinger moved to France and lived in Paris, the last years of his life - in Nimes .
Since 1951, in France, Germany and the United States held solo exhibitions of the artist.
Died January 9, 1997 in Nimes .
