Default Russians may limit purchases on foreign Internet auctions and stores

Russian customs officials are discussing the possibility of introducing special taxes on overseas online purchases since the beginning of 2013. Back in late October, the head of the Federal Customs Service Andrei Belyaninov said that foreign internet purchases " snowballing , and falling budget revenues will be in relation to these trademark parties ." Customs suspects that when ordering overseas buyers can crush consignments and thus evade customs duties , - according to the website service.

According to "Vedomosti" , about 80 %of all mailings from abroad - is buying from online stores . Major shippers - the U.S., China , Germany , Italy , Japan, Korea , United Kingdom , Taiwan , Ukraine, Turkey . According to the Association of Internet commerce companies ( Akita) , according to the results of 2013 the volume of cross-border trade will amount to 100-120 billion rubles. Thus the Russian online shopping has become less attract new customers and almost equal in this indicator with foreign competitors .

According to the president Akita Sergey Rumyantsev , duty-free threshold can be reduced to € 100 . " Average ticket purchases from foreign online stores range from $ 45 to $ 100 . I did not think would come to this ...
The State does not cease to invent ways of weaning the money supply of the population !
Not only that, every second promise in customs misses , and even now and duties will tear .
Shopping abroad inexpensive things that are not CC , or things that are impractical to go personally , will simply unprofitable !
