Found.
After the capture of leftist Academy of Arts Kardovsky moved to Moscow - he ordered Lunacharskogo gave two large rooms in a bourgeois apartment in Prechistenka, and he opened a private studio picture. It was there learned later emigrated to France, Alexander Yakovlev, whose niece was seriously in love with Mayakovsky; Shukhaiev, Mochalov - all very talented people. Mochalov wrote very light, and all remember him now "cutting cabbage" (c)

Default Portrait "by Bulgakov.

Beautiful portrait. Second day look. And that's what I think: not Bulgakov - another psychotype, obviously not neurotic, and well-fed (without irony and grievances, please) man. Apart from the temples and other "little things" that has already been noted above. The house, if image is not accidentally turned on the other side of the square - not the one where the Prince. mag. Moscow, which previously had been, it seems, Aragvi, but now, it seems, the Azerbaijan Bank (ie the place of the house). And where the date in 1927? It is also important. Thus possible way to determine if it is assumed that this guy did not come there to visit, and lived there (which is likely, once there he is "portrayed") - turns out the exact address for 1927, go to the library of them. Lenin and others, is taken "All Moscow" for 1927 and look tenants. Perhaps he, and rolled in the hands (if not lazy). The case is that the portrait of many key details that can help (cap, sweatshirt, the very place where the poses, etc.). Itself would be, honestly, descended, but the ticket lost.: Shy:
I wonder how many price increases, if known portrayed.
And yet, you should check directories 1928-1933 (may be) gg. Than never can tell.

Seema, a good idea.
A pro Aragvi yesterday I dedulya37 wrote. Mikhail Bulgakov in the house is not lived, that's for sure. His addresses are known. But I like this version, beautiful.
But in general portrayed is not difficult to learn, in my opinion the author's portrait lived in Moscow from 24 to 41 years.

Here, look. Now it is the portrait of an unknown man known author. All. Setting the same person portrayed, that is used. If a person is known, has two names are present.

Me too, but in the sense of Bulgakov. Actually I do not physiognomist and similarities can not recognize. But Bulgakov all the photographs are very well-groomed and stylish, decently dressed, and wearing a hat. From a worker-peasant - or poputchikovskoy, but in any case, sympathetic - from kepotyry he would have scornfully refused. That's what my thoughts on this)))

Cyril Syzransky, both in the room? also agreed that on the balcony. Or are you confused, like me, beautiful paneling on the left of the first pictures, where the sample. At first I thought it was furniture in the portrait, but then realized that personal. Cap - an important social trait, for it could and to the balcony to reach the Moscow Soviet and Freedom ( unless he is a Jew and not a Muslim, that is must be in a headdress always).
As for "increasing the capitalization of" express, please, definitely. Ie two names in 2 times, 3 - 3-fold or two in 1,5.

He's in hats began to walk, when the author became a theatrical fashion. I think it could easily have a cap and go.
Dressed-he, I believe differently. Gen. something he was not very arranged, constantly moving, marriage, divorce ...
"In the years 1919-1921, while living in the Caucasus, wrote satires, sometimes placed in newspapers, studied the history of the theater, sometimes acted as an actor.

In 1921 he moved to Moscow, where he served in the newspapers as a reporter, then feuilletonist.

In the years 1922-1924, continuing the work of a newspaper, wrote satirical stories and the novel The White Guard ".

In 1925, on an outline of the novel, wrote the play, which in 1926 went to the Moscow Art Theater under the title "Days of Turbins" and was banned after the 289-second presentation. "
Mikhail Bulgakov. Moscow, March 1931.

But strange overalls for good coat ...

I agree, that's all there in the portrait is not accidental.
Again, I say-on version of Bulgakov's not insist, but it hurts me, it is pleasant ...

Another characteristic detal.Vy pay attention to the chin Bulgakov and portrayed. At first there is no dimple in his chin, and the second is.
