Tell me, is there a form of payment , obtain a picture of overseas buyer : the picture ( all permits feature ) is sent to Europe , where the point of delivery is suitable buyer , it provides a receipt that he transferred the money for it and the seller only if it is issued subject. Never heard of him.
Analog of delivery "COD" in some places there is called Cash On Delivery (COD), but hardly for international shipments.
