I can say that when you hold Vereshagina in the hands, the hands usually tremble.
Try to reshoot the picture "to stop" and, preferably sitting down to his knees trembling.

Then a bit strange that the signature is complete.
Just do not say that the examination of the picture was held at the Ukrainian Center

heir, nothing strange in the signature can not see.
I had a job Vereshagina size 24h18, on the theme "Shipka", "A soldier of the Russian army." The signature was complete - V. Vereshchagin.
And the work has passed all examinations in Moscow, even in the 90's.

That took a directory with the signature Solovyov.
Vasili Petrovich Vereshchagin not suitable. The letter "p" is not so, and the other letters are slightly similar.
Vasily Vereshchagin more suitable. But again there are doubts in the writing of capital letters "B".
And the signatures of these artists are full of - "Vereshchagin VI", ie have something to compare.
I understand that the handbook is not a panacea Solovyov, but it seems to me that this Vereshchagin painting too decorative. Rather, it Luspekaev than Vereshchagin
