To him it was a very ambiguous attitude in life and even after . He is a recognized master . The National Art Gallery of his best work : "Komitas " (157x200). He wrote it in 1956 , is his thesis .

Archimandrite ( Archimandrite ) Komitas 1869 - 1935
A cult figure , a symbol of national identity.
Armenian composer , musicologist , folklorist , singer and choral conductor ..

He was arrested during the genocide in 1915 (at the time of his arrest picture ), then was released and exiled.
He died in a psychiatric hospital near Paris, in the hospital campus VILLEJUIF , holding there for almost 20 years.
