Russian light

Steeped in agonizing cold,
Around me, the snow froze!
Ate little numb,
And the sky was dark, without stars.

Suddenly a soft light

Flashed in the desert, as a watchdog ...
I was just like a snowman,
Upon entering the house (the last hope!)
And heard, shaking the snow:
- Here is a furnace for your warm clothes and ...
Then the landlady listened to me,
But in the dim view
Life was short,
And, still sitting by the fire,
It does seem to doze off ...
How many shots of yellow in Russia
In such a simple and gentle frame!
And suddenly revealed to me and struck
Orphan's sense of family photos:
Fire, the earth full of hatred, full of -
And close all the soul forgets! ..
