Since 1885. - The head of a private workshop on Foundry Avenue.
Since 1888. - Professor of Drawing School of the Society for the Encouragement of Arts.
Since 1902 - lecturer in natural class of the Higher Art School of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture at IAH. Since 1903 - Member of the Union of Russian Artists.
In 1910. - One of the organizers of the renewed "World of Art."
