Pavel, sincerely sympathize with you , well imagine what a loss for the artist's studio, especially after 25 years of work in it.

I understand that for your advice on this forum are beaten, but still would like to write: Do not despair, but do not trust in the miracle , try activated at this critical moment , the yield can be obtained from any situation. You are not the first artist in Moscow , with whom it happened.

They need to sell , what else to do with them . Maybe not on the price at which we would like, but what can you do - this is life and it is unfair, as we all know.
