The overall result of trading with paintings by Russian artists of the XIX-XX centuries at an auction 17 million 636 thousand 500 dollars for 13 lots. And just at the auction the auction house expects to realize 26 lots, whose preliminary estimate reached $ 28 million. Imho, the economic crisis there is absolutely nothing in common. According to statements of the French, they generally are antique boom. It seems to me that the Russian bid is not simply a global interest in this work . Our new rich have to pay more attention to their European masters , but the interest in domestic arts they began to disappear .
