As far as I know, Monaco had no purpose in the life of this artist, who was looking for a place where he can work - it happened so. His participation in philanthropy is much more than any it the taxes.
He once said that if he once had a studio in Russia, and nowhere to go. I appreciate talent in Russia? Here's a new topic for discussion. |
