I want to tell you that the artist George Shishkin - a citizen of Russia, who lives in Moscow. Another would be in his place would have to get a French passport. And he did not do that, he does not need. Prince of Monaco gave him a residence permit. It makes use of free movement in Europe.

According to the artist, namely in France, in Paris - the center of arts and entertainment industry - he was conscious of being a Russian artist.
Meetings with the "old Russian", to preserve the Russian culture away from Russia, gave him a new impetus to continue its cycle of "Russian Dreams".

I know that George Shishkin's paintings are in museums, for example: the State Art Gallery in Yekaterinburg (where he was born), the Theater Museum in St. Petersburg, the Museum of Opera and Ballet in Ekaterinburg, Uralmashzavod in the museum, the Museum Theater muses. Comedy in Yekaterinburg in the Ural State. Conservatory of Central House of Arts in Moscow, as well as - in private collections in Russia and abroad: British Queen Elizabeth II, Prince Albert of Monaco, Maestro Luciano Pavarotti, Lord Alistair Makalpayna, brothers, Lords of David and Frederick Barclay, Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates.
(If someone knows where else, add, please)

Georgy Shishkin has been actively involved in charity to benefit children in Russia.

I heard that the artist wanted to make a big exhibition in Moscow and in Russia's cities.

Oh you are boasts of hudozhnika.pomoemu do not need to do. The fact that the Prince of Monaco gave him a residence permit, or he wrote a portrait Depart, it's nothing znachit.V time Nikas Safronov wrote to Sophia Loren, or Heydar Aliyev. Of course this is not Shishkin Safronov, but I was very monotonous, and therefore does not interest me, I'm not a professional and made just his opinion. Ask a single question. Is it not noticed such museums as the State Tretyakov Gallery, or the Russian Museum in St. Petersburg?

What a contrast, Cyril? In his list there is no Western museum, not a serious collection.

Tretyakov Gallery offers Georgy Shishkin donate paintings. It will not go anywhere. And in the early 90-ies the artist was invited to exhibit at the Russian Museum in St. Petersburg. There was a delay with the ability to print a catalog. But the album was released in Paris, and the exhibition opened at the Trianon at Versailles. I opened it personally, the mayor of Versailles, a member of the French Academy, with a large gathering of the public. Was a great success. So museums - is a matter of time.

Queen - is just a western version of Uralmash, not more

I think a naive PR operation carried out by respected fborth, takes a somewhat intrusive nature.
I got the strong impression that this lady is very familiar with Georgy Shishkin, it enters the circle of people that make up its most immediate environment, but, unlike the honest Veronichka that by presenting the work of Arthur Braginsky, said outright that he would husband - for what I truly admired - fborth decided to play the role of anonymous admirers of great talent

I can only based on the above impression, advised to adjust the French texts on the site of its hero - unfortunately, automatic translators on NETE still not up to scratch, they give very satisfactory results

I have a general thought at first that the artist came to the forum.
