Perhaps it makes sense to call the State Lermontovsky Museum "Tarkhany" and find out there?

There may be aware of their artists, who work in the park.

Yes, this is not a professional job, nor in the Penza branch of Union of Artists, even less, in Tarkhany no one on this author will not.
