I am interested in the restoration of paintings Suhorovskogo M., 1880, oil on canvas, 54cm by 83cm. The condition is satisfactory. Can you tell how much it might cost.
I want to sell this work, but I think that the better the condition, the more expensive? How not to fall into the hands of quacks?

If you plan to sell, it's better not to restore. The fact is that collectors and brokers have their own views on the restoration and their preferences. Besides restoration before selling, they often perceive as a "presale" and it is colored a bit negative background (as if restored anyhow for sale).

In short I recommend not to restore.
