Personal exhibition of the Director of the National Gallery of Armenia, the Honored Art, artist Pharaoh Mirzoyan opens in St. Petersburg on September 3.
"The exhibition, which will take place in the 300 th anniversary of the Armenian community of St. Petersburg will be on display about 50 of my paintings", - said the artist himself to journalists on Thursday.
As the news of Armenia, Mirzoyan said that for him - a graduate of the Leningrad Academy of Arts exhibition in St. Petersburg was an old dream and he was very glad to implement it.
He added that the personal exhibition of his work is also planned in Serbia in late October - early September.
Pharaoh Mirzoyan was born in Yerevan in 1949. In 1975 he graduated from the Leningrad Academy of Arts. Member of Artists Union of Armenia, member of Peter's Academy of Arts and Sciences.
Since 2002 - Director of the National Gallery of Armenia. Honored Artist of the republic.

I would like to submit an artist, my peers, who lived and grew up in a yard.

Meruzhan Khachatryan was born February 26, 1980 in Yerevan, in the family of the artist. In 2001 he graduated from the Painting Department, School. P. Terlemezian. Actively participated in numerous exhibitions, both individual and joint. His creative, productive and purposeful work gives the results, and for many the true connoisseurs of fine art appreciated talent Armenian artist Meruzhan Khachatryan. There are different kinds of thought and willingness to implement these ideas transforming them into paintings. Sometimes the ideas and themes come suddenly and turn into sketches and later in the picture. And it also happens when the clock, day and night, thinking and trying to find a solution in mind, how, what, how and why to write, that is transfer to the canvas.
I put the canvas on the easel in his heart already anticipating the process and outcome that have not yet written, and directed themes and meaning of works conceived by themselves, too, in the process, thereby directing my feelings, emotions and mind to complete the picture.

Art lovers want to feel something noble, kind and beautiful, which is reflected on the canvas from the artist's soul, as a work of true art is always a reflection of the soul, and it is not just a set of fine words, is a divine principle and truth.
