Please, attributing this work.

Painting in Europe (and this is not a fact), self-taught. Why? Wash, cover with a thin layer of noble lacquer to "blink" :-), bush vintage carved frame width of 30 cm, to pin a bronze plaque engraved with - Austria, 19 th century.
And for 200 dollars will be someone present after half a bottle of brandy :-)
