Default Faun and Nymph, a holiday in honor of Pan in Arcadia?

Dear forum users!
Are there any views on the authorship of this picture, the quality of painting?

I think that the nymph, located in the center of the composition, a bit disproportionate to the size ... Or just really high?

I have attributed this painting by the Italian artist , Giovanni Benedetto Castiglione (1607-1665), at which strongly influenced paintings by Van Dyck.

Oil on canvas on wood, 33,5 to 41,5.

I think this is not an Italian school and the artist did not even second-line, as AB Castiglione, and the fourth.

In general, it seems to work the 18 century, imitation (or even a copy) the Dutch, who have experienced the Flemish and Italian influence.

Picture all nice, but unimpressive little.

And then ...

You know what? Perhaps a French 18 th century?
