I can give you work and telephone calls with friends in Kiev.
There are difficulties with transportation works in Moscow.
In preparation of documents for the export of paintings, in addition to 2 photos for each painting and 25 UAH. tax on each picture, you must specify these rights which will take pictures.
If someone is planning to travel from Kiev to Moscow, it is possible to prepare a picture with all documents on a specific person.
I would like to once again remind that targeted assistance will collect more pictures.

The fact that the money stolen - it is a fact. But, to trace it all unfortunately .... impossible.
People will do a good deed, but he who steals, let it be on his conscience. I think that kind of money does not bring happiness to those who stole them.
