Eugene's first solo exhibition opened in Moscow Shibanova and passes the CHA.


Shibanov Eugene - brilliant artist with a professional school and the kind of vision, which is considered by many connoisseurs of painting, his works can save "a person of non-generic expression" of Russian art in the 21st century.

The exhibition includes works written mostly after 2000. It's 60 paintings, including the widely known and popular paintings with folk scenes, scenes of rural life, rustic still lifes and landscapes.

Shibanov artist - an example of selfless and honorable service to high art, with the passing era type of artist-warrior. In recent years his work has received new impetus. Each of his new job, found on the court of public deserves attention, being the product of original creative synthesis of several strong traditions in the fine arts in Russia: the naive folk, pre-revolutionary and Soviet academic process. This synthesis is the key to an individual's handwriting of the artist, his unique style.

This brilliant artist has the broadest spectrum of skills and capabilities, that gives him the brush and pencil absolute freedom, and allows him the creative courage to mix all the ingredients, even the seemingly incompatible. So in one picture we can see everyday and witty folk stories, made in the style of the severe style, pictures, done in the Impressionist vein, or an impressionistic landscape that on closer inspection turns out to be executed in the technique of the old masters.

According to one of the artists who visited the exhibition "This event ... for anyone who is looking for what makes us different ... like a thinking man."
